🌍 Delivery Timeframes
We aim to process and ship your order as quickly as possible. Estimated delivery times by region are:

🕒 Order Processing
All orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order is shipped, along with a tracking link to monitor your delivery.
📦 Tracking Your Order
Once your package leaves our warehouse, you'll receive an email with your tracking number. You can check your parcel’s progress at any time.
If you haven't received your tracking details within 5 days of placing your order, feel free to contact us at service@aiwisu.com.
🧾 Customs & Duties
We do our best to minimize customs fees for international orders. However, depending on your location, your country’s customs office may apply additional duties or taxes. These are the responsibility of the buyer.
📬 Lost or Delayed Packages
If your order is delayed beyond the estimated timeframe, or tracking shows no updates for more than 10 days, please contact us — we’re here to help. We’ll do our best to resolve the issue or offer a replacement if needed.
